Premiers Active April

How it works

What is Premier’s Active April?

Premier’s Active April is providing Victorians with tools to help them move at home and virtually connect with others. For the first time ever, we’re keeping Active April going!

As a participant, you can log your daily activity and track your progress with the Activity Timer on the mobile or web App. This year, the all-new Fitbit integration makes it even easier to track your activity.

You can also create and join virtual teams, compare the progress of team members, and keep motivated. Plus, you can earn virtual trophies.

What are the rules?

  • To access the Active April tools, you will need to Register.
  • Anyone can participate virtually in Active April – friends, students, families, workmates, teammates or individuals.
  • Remember to track your progress on the app or sync your Fitbit.
  • Achieve online trophies simply by tracking your 30 minutes of daily activity using the mobile or web app. There are a variety of online trophies that can be achieved – for completing 5, 10, 15, 20 and 30 days of activity. Trophies are displayed in your online Trophy Cabinet, viewable by logging in.
  • The 30 minutes of activity can be made up of any sort of physical activity, including incidental activity. You can accumulate your 30 minutes (or more) throughout the day by combining a few shorter sessions of activity of around 10 to 15 minutes each. Plus, don’t forget that if you have a Fitbit you can sync your device to make tracking your activity even easier!
