Collection Statement:

The personal information on the registration form is collected by the Victorian Government to register you to the Premier’s Active April campaign and provide you with our email bulletins. (You can subsequently opt-out of receiving this.) Your personal information will not be disclosed to anyone including our partners, except data entry, information technology and mailing companies involved with Premier’s Active April. With your consent, your personal information will also be used to provide you with incentives, email updates and information from our partners, as part of Premier’s Active April. You can request access to your personal information by contacting us on 1300 463 684.
