Haven’t heard of Plyometrics? Plyometrics, are high-intensity exercises in which muscles exert maximum force in short intervals of time, with the goal of increasing power. They are also great for increasing strength and improving overall fitness. Get ready for squats, lunges and burpees! This workout is a total of 10 minutes. You can complete this workout 3 times to achieve your 30 minutes of exercise or mix it up with others. This is just a sneak peek!
