Prefer group running? Then we have the workout for you! The exercises in this video are a fun way to practice running and improve your cardio, endurance and speed, all in a group setting! From bucket games to running relays – you’ll forget you’re even working out. This workout is a total of 20 minutes. Daily Activity Tips

Try to allow no more than 2 hours a day of screen time like TV and computer games. Make a rule that everyone must get up and walk around during commercials to get some physical activity.
