A strength workout with dumbbells specially designed for seniors, these exercises are great in ensuring that we keep our muscles and bones in good health. This will also help with injury prevention. Bones and muscles need to be loaded to ensure the muscle memory is there and bones remain strong. Weight training with dumbbells is the perfect tool! This workout is a total of 10 minutes.
