Get active with Rock Up Netball!

It’s time to get active with Rock Up Netball Train Sessions during Premier’s Active April!

Rock Up Netball is delivered by Netball Victoria and is a VicHealth initiative that gives all Victorians over the age of 15 the opportunity to play netball in a fun and social setting.

The Rock Up Netball Train Sessions allow participants to learn the basic skills of playing netball, with relaxed match play to finish. With no uniforms required, it allows for a comfortable environment, down at the courts. If you’re new to the sport and wanting to try something new or want to improve your skills, then these sessions are for you.

During the month of April, Premier’s Active April are offering all participants a 15% discount for Rock Up Netball programs. Plus, head over the Active April’s Facebook page for the chance to WIN a family pass (2 adults and 2 children) to the opening round of Suncorp Super Netball – Vixens v Magpies on April 28 at Hisense Arena.

For the netball lovers under the age of 15, don’t worry, the perfect school holiday activity is here! The Mother Earth Clinics are available to those aged 7 to 15 and focus on encouraging participants to get active and healthy in a fun environment. Participants will have the opportunity to meet Melbourne Vixens players at some of our clinics, as they learn from some of the best female athletes in Victoria.
