Keeping Kids Active in the Great Outdoors

Launch into Active April by getting your kids involved in some exciting outdoor adventures these school holidays!

Kids Adventure Outdoors Anglesea is a fun and exciting weekend program designed to get kids more active and comfortable in the outdoors. Available Saturday 2 to Sunday 3 April, it’s a perfect opportunity for your kids to enjoy a range of fun activities amidst inspiring natural landscapes, full of adventures they will never forget!


Embrace the outdoors

Aimed to get more kids more active more often, Kids Adventure Outdoors is the ultimate way for your kids to notch up their 30 minutes of daily physical activity. Exposing them to a breadth of different and exciting ways of keeping active, including camping, mountain biking, fishing, canoeing, climbing, archery and surfing, your child will also:

  • Learn about teamwork and team building
  • Discover and develop leadership skills
  • Make lots of new friends
  • Learn new skills
  • Try new activities
  • Become comfortable in the outdoors.

Make memories

Kids_climbing frameA huge camp-out will be held on the Saturday night for children and parents. A 30 minute scenic bushwalk will lead you to the campsite where you will pitch a tent, enjoy a bush BBQ and get settled for an evening of fun and games. Make life-long memories sleeping under the stars while your kid learns life-long skills to extend well beyond Active April.
