It’s not hard to get creative with incorporating vegetables as a snack!
Try our Mushroom & Ricotta cups recipe. It’s as easy as popping a couple of mushroom cups into a sandwich press and topping them with ricotta cheese. Season with whatever fresh herbs you have on hand and freshly cracked black pepper and voila!
