A warm, hearty brunch masquerading as a light supper. The recipe can easily be doubled to serve as many as you need. Great for vegetarians, and dinners on cold nights. Plus a small avocado and rocket salad makes an ideal accompaniment.

Each serve of this recipe provides 0.5 serves of milk, yoghurt, cheese or alternatives and 1 serve of vegetables.
