Premiers Active April

With over 20,000 junior golfers enrolling in MyGolf programs nationally this year, to seniors visiting their home clubs each week, golf continues to grow as a lifelong love for Australians nationwide.

And for those who haven’t tried their hand at golf, there is no better time to start than in Active April.

Golf Australia is offering all 2019 Active April participants a 2 for 1 Green fee offer AND a 10% discount for MyGolf junior program! MyGolf is Australia’s national junior introductory program to develop and promote participation in golf.

There is something for everyone, with hundreds of public and private courses available around the country that cater to people of all abilities, all year round. PGA Professionals across the country are there to support golfers of all abilities, from beginners to experts.

Get On Course provides support for beginner women who haven’t had the chance to play on a golf course while MyGolf focuses on fun and skill development to get kids as young as five playing golf, amongst a mixture of drills, games and competitions.

Primary and secondary students can learn through engaging and challenging games that promote skill development and physical activity, with MyGolf school programs offering a fantastic introduction to golf in a fun learning environment.

Through Golf Australia and the PGA, support is now provided for golfers with physical, sensory and intellectual disabilities, with the PGA All Abilities accreditation allowing for additional training and resources to ensure an inclusive environment for all.

And for those at the elite level, there are various state and national championships held all over the country each year, providing competition nationwide.

Make sure you check out our Facebook page where you can win a free round of game for a family at 13th Beach Golf Course. This competition will be running between 12 March 2019 and 18 March 2019.
