WHAT DOES MY ACTIVE APRIL CARD GIVE ME?

Your Active April card entitles you to:

WHAT IF THERE IS NO YMCA IN MY AREA?

In a number of locations where there are no YMCA centres. However, local councils and community groups provide special access or incentives at their gyms, pools and leisure centres during Active April. For more details please visit the all-new My Local.

WHEN WILL I GET MY CARD?

As soon as you log into your account, or download and log into the mobile app for iOS or Android.

If you register people within your account their Active April cards will automatically be available when you log in.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE CARD OFFERS?

There are two ways to access your offers. The digital card is accessed by simply downloading the Active April App (for iOS and Android). Alternatively, the printable card can be downloaded when you log into your account online and then printed for a hard copy version.

Use your Active April Card to access all the offers listed above. Each venue will use your Active April Card to confirm your eligibility.

Please note that all Premier’s Active April offers have terms and conditions that apply to when, where and how they can be used. For easy reference these are available in the Terms and Conditions page of the website.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF I’VE WON A PRIZE?

All prize winners will be notified via email so make sure your contact details are correct. You can update your details in the Profile page of the web or mobile app, or by contacting us.

My Local

Are the Offers, Events and Facilities in My Local available for everyone?

No, you must Register for Premier’s Active April to access the My Local offers, events and facilities as well as other awesome incentives and your chance to win fantastic Prizes. Plus, the opportunity to increase your health and fitness with your friends and families.

Can I book Offers, Events and Facilities through My Local?

Unfortunately, you cannot book offers, events and facilities through My Local. But we’ve provided the relevant links to websites where you can!

What if I want to attend an Event or access a Facility outside of my home suburb?

As a registered Active April Participant in 2018 you can access all offers, events and facilities throughout Victoria both in and around your own home suburb.

Daily Activity Tips

Try to allow no more than 2 hours a day of screen time like TV and computer games. Make a rule that everyone must get up and walk around during commercials to get some physical activity.
