WHAT DOES MY ACTIVE APRIL CARD GIVE ME?

Your Active April card entitles you to:

WHAT IF THERE IS NO YMCA IN MY AREA?

In a number of locations where there are no YMCA centres, local councils and community groups provide special access or incentives at their gyms, pools and leisure centres during Active April. For more details please visit the Local Facility Offers page and Other Local Offers page.

WHEN WILL I GET MY CARD?

As soon as you log into your account, or download and log into the mobile app for iOS or Android.

If you register people within your account their Active April cards will automatically be available when you log in.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE CARD OFFERS?

There are two ways to access your offers. The digital card is accessed by simply downloading the Active April App (for iOS and Android). Alternatively, the printable card can be downloaded when you log into your account online and then printed for a hard copy version.

Use your Active April Card to access all the offers listed above. Each venue will use your Active April Card to confirm your eligibility.

Please note that all Premier’s Active April offers have terms and conditions that apply to when, where and how they can be used. For easy reference these are available in the Terms and Conditions page of the website.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF I’VE WON A PRIZE?
