Terms and Conditions

In order to be eligible for any of Premier’s Active April’s Special Offers, My Offers and Prizes in 2020, winners must be individuals that can prove they are Victorian residents and must have registered to participate in Premier’s Active April between 17 February 2020 and 30 April 2020.

Special Offers

All Special Offers can be viewed online here and refer to state-wide campaign offers, which are open to all 2020 Premier’s Active April participants to enjoy. In most cases, presentation of a valid digital or printed Premier’s Active April Card allows redemption of Special Offers. However, if a promotional code is required to redeem any Special Offers, Premier’s Active April participants can view allocated promotional codes on the Active April Card when you log in to your profile on Premier’s Active April App for iOS and Android. There are special Terms and Conditions for each Special Offer, which are outlined below.

My Offers

My Offers are discounts and incentives provided by third parties, including local community groups and organisations, to promote use of indoor and outdoor facilities around the state of Victoria during Premier’s Active April. People and can search for My Offers here and presentation of a valid digital or printed Premier’s Active April Card allows redemption of My Offers. Premier’s Active April requests that participants will respect and adhere to Terms and Conditions of each individual facility’s requirements of entry or participation.

Prizes

In the spirit of motivating Premier’s Active April participants in 2020 to do their best, each participant is eligible to win prizes across a number of categories whether they are participating as individuals or members of a team including registration, family, Early Learning Centres, schools and workplaces. Each competition has specific Terms and Conditions, which are outlined below. All prize winners will be informed via email by 30 May 2020, if not beforehand.

  • The top two most active family teams will receive one Family Weekend Away at Wilson’s Prom National Park for up to four individuals and includes two nights’ accommodation. Accommodation booking will be dependent on availability.
